Here's how to request your refund
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account
Tap Purchase History and find the Simran subscription
Tap the purchase, then tap Report a Problem
Follow Apple's prompts to complete your refund request
We'll take it from here
Our team will review your request and the order ID you provided
We'll process the refund directly through Google Play, usually within 2 business days
Google will notify you by email once the refund is issued. It typically takes a few more days for the funds to appear on your statement.
