Here's how to request your refund

Refund Instructions

Open the Settings app on your iPhone

Tap your name at the top of the screen

3

Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account

4

Tap Purchase History and find the Simran subscription

5

Tap the purchase, then tap Report a Problem

6

Follow Apple's prompts to complete your refund request

Note: Refunds are processed by Apple, not by Simran directly. Most refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. You can also request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com

What happens next

Our team will review your request and the order ID you provided

We'll process the refund directly through Google Play, usually within 2 business days

Google will notify you by email once the refund is issued. It typically takes a few more days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Note: If you don't hear from us within 2 business days, email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll follow up right away.
